IKI manages a mechanism so that complaints or grievances can be issued regarding the project. The mechanism aims to enable people who suffer (potential) negative social and\/or environmental consequences from IKI projects, or who wish to report the misuse of funds, to express their grievances and seek redress. Doing this should also contribute to:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; monitor and improve the environmental and social outcomes of projects<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; avoid unintended negative impacts of projects that go
